Chris is the managing director of JCM Business solutions the largest re-seller of Zoho CRM system in the UK and will be explaining the way he has brought his family business he set up over 12 years ago to be the force it is today.

Chris has always been about people first rather than software and we will probably hear how the company has evolved and its beliefs and culture have emerged over the years.
